I’ve followed Matt on instagram since he was a PT and I trained in pure gym over 6 years ago now. I was always blown away from the progress of his clients. At the start of this year I had that usual Christmas guilt feeling but also just unhappy with how I felt and looked physically as a whole. I was fed up of eating certain things and feeling bad about it or spending twice the amount of time in the gym the next day, I felt i was making no progress and was in a rut. So I reached out to Matt and thank god I did!! From my first consultation, first 1-2-1, first week of tracking my calories etc I have felt nothing but support. I have gained so much knowledge from Matt about correct form, calorie deficite, how being a female can have an effect of your eating and performance habits. 5 months after my first session with Matt now and I feel so happy physically and mentally, he has completely changed the way I think about training and nutrition. I’ve never once felt like I can’t eat what I like or say no to going out, he made a plan that fit around my lifestyle, making sure I was able to continue to do the things I love and get to a point where I was happy with myself. I can’t thank him enough and if it wasn’t for his continuous support I wouldn’t of got there!

I was going through a difficult time in my life and felt like I ‘had let myself go’. I put on weight due to working long hours and had lost my confidence and was really tired etc. I started following Matt on Instagram but thought his plans would be hard to follow. I took part in a poll on one of his stories one day and he messaged me asking if I was interested in joining. I had a holiday booked and him messaging me gave me the push I needed to begin. His plan was so easy and his weekly check ins really kept me on track and the boost he gives you to keep going do really help with your confidence. I signed up for plans in the past and haven’t been able to stick to them because they have been so hard! This one was completely different, it fitted into my lifestyle so easily and for the first time I didn’t feel like I was on a diet! I’ve always boomeranged back and forth between fad diets that I never stuck too, but now I’m actually able to eat the foods that I enjoy and still see the results that I want!! My friends and family always comment on how I can eat what I do and still keep seeing the results that I am! And I love it 🐷😂
Matt is always at the end of the phone when I have questions and I love being apart of the Facebook page and live videos to get food ideas off other people on the plan too!
Matt has completely tailored my programme to my needs and I do all of my workouts at home, which I love!
I’m becoming so much more body confident, especially since the last check in photos and I can’t wait to keep seeing the transformations!
For anyone that wants to take that leap but is afraid.. don’t be! You won’t find a better trainer than Matt! I’m so glad that I took that step and il certainly never look back or need to do a fad diet again! Thank you so much again Matt for everything that you do! X

Matt has helped me achieve my fitness goals through my own personalised plan. I usually struggle to stick to exercise plans as I find them repetitive and struggle to maintain motivated. However, with Matt’s variety of exercise programs, his frequent 1-1 contact / check ins and different meal plans I have found it very easy to stick to and follow. I have received lots of compliments on my weight loss and feel much more confident. I’m very grateful for all the help and guidance Matt has given throughout this plan and would recommend to anyone who struggles to achieve their fitness goals.

Highly recommend mj fitness!! I’ve learnt so much from Matt in the last few months from different types of workouts to realising you don’t have to restrict yourself from foods you love !! The best online plan I have ever come across. So easy to follow through the app, especially when you’re sometimes not feeling working out as it’s all done for you. Matt changes your workouts every four weeks so you don’t get board and I love how there are videos to help you with your form! Matts amazing and can’t recommended this plan enough.
