This band is for beginners that are new to training, would definitely recommend for glute activation exercises.
This band is not as stretchy as the light band, they provide a higher level of tension. If you’re an advanced user, I recommend this for glute activation. This band is great for everyone but if you need that extra push go for Heavy.
This band is our heaviest band. Mainly used for hip thrusts & Squats it would be very hard to do activation exercises with these bands unless you’re an advanced gym-goer.

My heavy duty mini bands provide a versatile and effective way of engaging your legs, core, glutes, and hips. How are my mini bands different?
Unlike most bands, which are made in a large factory and cast as a solid piece of fabric, my resistance bands are made thicker than normal bands and crafted through a layering process. The thicker profile prevents the bands from rolling up your legs while using them, making your workouts more challenging, and your booty bands last longer.
