No! We have a whole range of exercises, including body weight, Pilates, yoga and more. All you need is you and your own determination to reach your goals.

Absolutely! You can add your weight, height, measurements and more, input your goals, keep a food diary and watch yourself get closer and closer to your fitness goals.

The app will help with clear graphs and stats showing how far you’ve come and how much you’ve lost, but we also have a fantastic Facebook group with like-minded people who’ll be there to answer your questions and share in your wins and to keep you going when you need a push.
