ABOUT MATT JONES
I decided to get into personal training after completing my degree in Sport Science at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
During my studies I was able to specialize in strength and conditioning, and completed my dissertation in exercise physiology. I have always enjoyed studying how the body works and how to get the best results regarding training and by personal training I can take my knowledge into a practical setting. Having been taught Nutrition, Physiology and Strength & Conditioning all at university standard I can offer a scientific approach to training that guarantees results.
WHO AM I?
Having been sponsored by two supplement companies this has enabled me to gain valuable knowledge in every aspect of nutrition and supplementation which I aim to share with my clients. In my opinion fitness is all about science, knowing how the body works and how it reacts to certain training stimuli is key to getting results. When training with myself you will encounter different training methods compared to the standard personal training.
