If you sign up for a 8 week, or 12 week program, then you’ll pay for that until it’s complete. Otherwise, there are no contracts and you can cancel at any time.

Of course. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is. I’ll tailor a workout plan that starts from right where you are now to get you to where you want to be.

The app will help with clear graphs and stats showing how far you’ve come and how much you’ve lost, but we also have a fantastic Facebook group with like-minded people who’ll be there to answer your questions and share in your wins and to keep you going when you need a push.
